Well, I expected to have a little gain this week. Between the eating out and the busy schedule (not as much exercise), I'm also retaining water. Which I'm sure is the big culpret.
Starting weight: 214 lbs
Last week's weight: 150.2 lbs
This week's weight: 151.6 lbs
Actually, for a water retention week, that's not bad. I can gain as much as 3 lbs. So I ain't complaining.
However, I really don't want to get lazy. Either with my diet or with my exercise.
I'll spend this week trying to be a bit more careful (not an easy task, as again, it's a busy week) and hope to see a big drop next week (dare I say below 150????).
